Hello, my name is Shira Sanders, I am a clinical psychologist. I do not work in the private sector. During this time, when many of us are in self quarantine, some cut off from friends and family, no one should have to be alone with their concerns of what is and what will be. I am happy to volunteer to provide telephone “emotional first aid” in the English language. Emotional first aid is for support and is not a substitute for therapy. I am providing details of my resume below. I wish everyone strength, patience, resilience and good health during this time.
